Allegan Cottage
Patrick Murphy Builders took this old family home and turned it into a stylish and spectacular cottage! The homeowners used the original floor plan and brought out the charm of this cottage by adding a beautiful outdoor area, in-ground pool, and cabana area. PMB worked closely with the homeowner to make sure no detail was overlooked. From the exposed beams throughout the home to the beautiful textured walls and the elegance of the wall coverings. This home is located in the heart of Saugatuck and within walking distance of town.
